This is our Standard Returns Policy. Unless another returns policy is indicated, products sold by Laverock Hall Farm are covered by this Standard Returns Policy. Standard Returns Policy means:
a) that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item minus the original shipping fee. Please send items back in a reasonable, re-saleable condition, un-used and with the original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.
b) customer can return the faulty item for a replacement of the same product within one year of the date you received the item.
Please note:
Regarding cancellation of orders or change of mind - return shipping costs are at the cost of Consumer.
Items returned must be in a re-saleable/reasonable condition.
Returned items will not be accepted if they are damaged.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned goods are received.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
